What should I do if the product packaging is found to be damaged when signing for the receipt?

Once the product packaging is damaged, please consult the delivery master to see if the product is in good condition. If the product is intact, please rest assured to sign for it. If the product is damaged, please reject the product; if it has been signed, please sign for 24 hours Submit a service order and contact our transaction follow-up staff, we will deal with it for you as soon as possible.
